Origins

HAVET started as an idea on the back of a napkin at Jack's Waffle House in Bishop, CA during an annual family fishing trip. The very next week, four brothers, Riley, Russell, Reid, and Ryan, began the steps to incorporation, and in 2014, HAVET became established. The word "havet" translates to "the sea" in Scandinavian languages, representing the brothers' Norwegian heritage and love for the ocean. The four lines of the logo symbolize each of the brothers. Today, family owned and operated, HAVET creates waves of products that connect people to a global community dedicated to the preservation of our oceans for future generations.
